"The location of the hotel is beautiful and is right on the beach. It isn’t a swimming beach though but beautiful nonetheless. The beginning was the worst part. They seemed to not have us registered?? Not sure but they had us take a seat and then took over 20 minutes to check in and we got there at 5:30pm. Check in is at 4pm.
Once we got our keys and went up and tv was blasting a kids show and doors were open. Brought up the concerns to the folks at the front and didn’t seem to care nor offered anything besides we “checked it out and everything is fine”. We asked for a different room...

"It was just embarrassingly ghetto… youd think for $2000 a week the room wouldnt have a midge infection. I would actually recommend looking at the resort next-door. It looked a lot better and I regretted not looking more into that one. Sorry about my poor review, but this place was not exceptional in any capacity. It was an average dirty hotel with overpriced rooms. The rooms do not look anything like they do in the photos. If you’re reading this, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."
