"The room we were in was clean and the linens all seemed to be new. We had an issue with getting heat but Herb from the front desk was quick to solve the problem. There was carpet in part of the room but it did not have an odour and did not look stained. As a senior I was pleased with the sturdy safety bars in the tub/shower but the tub itself was quite slippery so I would suggest a non-slip mat be made available. Overall we were happy with the room and its’ very reasonable price point. We overslept so did not get to enjoy the free breakfast but I’m sure it was decent. We also did not have time to enjoy the pool but it’s a nice bonus to have available especially if you are travelling with children."

"Breakfast was very basic with little variety. The bedsheets were soiled and stained and the bed appeared not to have been changed since the previous guest use. We had to attend the front dest to ask for new sheets as our room phone was broken. There was no housekeeping yet we were provided a replacement set of sheets. We put one sheet on ourselves, the other was stained and soiled worst than the set we took off. Took photos and brought this to the attention of the morning staff. My wife went to the car to get one of our travel blankets to compensate for the dirty sheets. Our sleep was less than pleasant. The night staff seemed a little indifferent about the whole matter. The morning staff lady apologized and took the photos to share with management and housekeeping, she provided the equivalent to a $15 room discount. I think the cost of the room should have been completely refunded."

"A large clean room with comfy bed and nice linens. Wonderful sage sented toiletries. Fridge microwave. You can open a window in the room for fresh. The room came with two bath robes to use. The casino buffet had prime rib the night we were there. (Weekends) Buffet had good choices of high quality food. The price was $30 for the buffet. If you have a casino members card, which can be obtained free of charge at the casino. You receive a five dollar savings, bringing it down to $25. Parking is complementary, but there is no breakfast. There is an IHOP across the parking lot. Would stay at this hotel if in the Moncton area again."

"Room was a good size. We were right by the set of stairs and when people were travellinb the stairs, our room literally would feel like it's shaking and it was Making a loud noise. The pullout couch (bed) wouldn't work so I had to sleep on the hard couch itself."

"I bet this was a nice hotel years ago, needs updating and decorating. Staff friendly and helpful."
