"Friendly staff but not as helpful as l expected for a 5 star. Hotel is in very good condition but not top. Breakfast is superb but very expensive in comparison to other 5 star properties. Best location near the park, train station and the main shopping area. We liked the room as it was clean and quiet but no balcony or view. Wouldnt stay here again as it was a one off experience and the cost is way too high for our budget."

"I paid for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. I was celebrating my husband's birthday on Friday June 12th. The reception asked what I was celebrating before arriving. My friends decided to take along as well since her birthday was on May 29th. When I arrived there was a piece of cake and balloon for my friend. "Amazing location! Loved how close we were to it all in sol, and the main plaza was only a minute walk away. At the bottom along the street, was a Starbucks, tapas restaurants, and other souvenir shop. The room itself was great too, the balcony was a plus and it was nice to sit out there and lounge at times. Only thing to note is the bathroom sink is separate from the actual room where toilet and shower are, this would be my only qualm but that’s how some hotels are around here in Spain which is...

"Nice hotel, well located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning, but the staff managed to find us a room available so we could rest earlier. Well appreciated. Very clean hotel. We found out during our last days that a little museum was at ground floor, and free to visit. Great add on! We strongly recommend a room with doors, that can be opened to feel the breeze and the vibe. Liked the fact that the room was spacious, with a separate section with a sofa and tv."
