"I stayed here two weekends. The first stay was wonderful. I was even able to check in early on my first stay. The second stay, however, the front desk attendant was very rude when I arrived early, pointing to the check in time three times stating my room was NOT ready and check in time is at 3pm. Her demeanor and tone were very rude! I nearly walked out to another hotel. Other than her, the stay was quite pleasant. "

"Just FYI, the hotel lobby and common areas were undergoing a remodel but I didn't hear any of that in my guest room so no bother at all. The room was recently renovated and quite comfortable. Great water pressure, comfy bed. I liked that there were soft and firm pillow options. Breakfast was standard hotel fair and perfectly fine. Lots of easy access parking. This hotel is going to be a real gem and a convention destination once it's all finished."
