The spa was closed (main reason for booking) and only found out during check in, however we able to use the spa facilities at their neighbor hotel at The Celtic Manor Resort, which is a gorgeous resort and we got to use the facilities on check in day and after check out too! "Friendly check in with Dylan and Aiden. Modern style hotel, very spacious. With a health club and spa which we didn’t have time to use but we could see people arriving to make use of. Good size restaurant and bar area. Menu a little limited for the restaurant but it was okay. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom clean although shower not very powerful. It was an overnight stop so more than okay for that. Staff were friendly and helpful. "
