"Quirky building hidden amongst others. Beautiful old staircase and lovely open air terrace, which was wonderful to sit in the sun with a beer. Nice clean room. Downside was having to use WhatsApp as a key to get into the building and the room. Clever but as traveling we didn't have WiFi or mobile data and so was forced to use our mobiles abroad and at a cost. Would have preferred a key. "I may only stay few hours, due to AC not working , they move us to Hilton Garden. The room in Hampton is good, we have the room that facing the river, the view pretty good. Reception is nice, as the back to the room at 9pm n found out that the AC does not working ( room getting pretty hot ) , Antoine respond it well and we ask can we be move and he check n move ua to neighbouring Hilton Garden . Where we spend 3nights , Hilton Garden also pretty nice hotel, I think both hotels are best choice for Tours"
