"The Beacon is a well maintained B&B. The accommodations were grand, with a full shower and jacuzzi tub. Parking is convenient and off street. The owner and staff were so hospitable and helpful. I couldn't have asked for more. If I need to visit that area again, this will be the first place I check.
This place is well suited to large family groups too. You can have a room, a suite or the whole place. It's well located too. Not far from popular places."

"We came here with our almost 5 year old for just a quick one night get away. The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the pool which was clean and nicely heated, also enjoyed the arcade. Plymouth is such a cute area! My only complaint is the bed could have been a little softer. This might become our quick get away go to!"

"This was probably the worst hotel “stay” I have ever experienced. I put stay in quotes because my friend and I couldn’t even make it through night one. "There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!"
