"Room was clean , breakfast area is small not a lot of options "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. Hot breakfast with protein everyday. Every staff member from desk to housekeeper were the friendliest we have ever encountered at a motel! Comfortable bed in rooms with mood lighting. I can’t say enough good about our stay. The entrance drive into the motel is a little tricky to find on busy highway but we’ll worth the effort."

"We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly."

"The hotel is unkept and not maintained. Room smelled of mildew, remote was sticky and appeared to have been chewed on by a dog. Shower had little water pressure and vanity light flickered. The breakfast was all empty calories, pop tarts and stale mini donuts, with no hot food or proteins. Walls were thin, could hear rooms next door conversation, coughing, and TV."

"Hotel was beautiful with a very soft bed. Lots of extra pillows a nice, clean bathroom. The staff were super friendly. Everything was amazing except I will say the only downfall is that it’s right next to an abandoned shopping center, which is not their fault of course. Also, the breakfast would’ve been good except the eggs were smelly and watery which made me afraid to eat them. Other than the eggs, the rest was delicious and it had a beautiful view of the river."

"The hotel is in need of updating and a good deep clean. The carpeting was dirty – I understand that it is the end of the winter season, but it was still pretty dirty. The rooms were fairly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding clean. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim and not suitable for putting on make-up. There was a definite odor (smelled like garbage) as you exited the back elevator on the second floor which seemed like they attempted to cover with air freshener. (I...

"Stayed here about 4 times over the past 9 months. Always clean and comfortable. For simplicity that is the cheapest but still very comfy and clean I'll come back again soon. They offer a free continental breakfast, but I have yet to check it out. I stay because they are almost half the cost of Holiday Inn and for me just as comfy. "

"I had a good experience. The staff, so nice! They made sure you were taken care of or needed anything, to let them know. No complaints there. Breakfast was not bad at all. Everything was fresh and staff made sure there was enough to accommodate everyone. 😊 The pool area was nice, I wish it was just a little warmer in there but I'm anemic, so I'm always cold. Lolbvs Room was nice, clean and comfortable! I really have no complaints. I would stay there again.💯"

"When booking this room I had specifically asked if there was a hot tub and they had said yes but there is not one. Also had asked if they do rides to the casino also said yes but they don’t. Waited in line for a long time on checking into hotel, need more then one person during “peak hours” otherwise it was good. "
