"This is and older motel undergoing renovation. My room had been updated and was clean and comfortable. The stairways and building outside still are being worked on. No issues with mice or insects. Very nice helpful staff. This is a short walk from the convention center so economical stay if you are just looking for a room and don't need all of the bells and whistles. Free parking."
