By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. "Habitación enana sin espacio para moverte, dejada, anticuada, destartalada, sin mantenimiento ninguno. Un esquinero suelto dejado por las esquinas, las mantas tiradas dentro del armario, una balda de cristal del baño suelta y abandonada sobre el lavabo, los grifos sueltos giraban, ... un desastre. Que sea un hostal no quiere decir que tenga que estar como una pocilga. No era una habitación que mantuviese un mínimo de dignidad."

"The cocker did not work and we found a used condom underneath the heater. The property is otherwise really nice as parts of it have been recently refurbished. But if you stay in one of the older rooms it is a more basic experience."
