"Très décevant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.
Malheureusement, l’hôtel ne correspond pas aux photos présentées sur le site. L’établissement semble vieillissant et aurait besoin de beaucoup d’amour, d’entretien et de rénovations.
Les tapis étaient tachés et l’ascenseur était sale. Nous avons même trouvé une guêpe dans notre chambre, ce qui est très inquiétant, surtout pour une personne qui peut faire une réaction allergique aux piqûres.
Le spa est plutôt petit et, en plus, il faut payer un...

"We were disappointed because we booked a king room with a fireplace. It stated that most rooms have a balcony or terrace. We had a window with another building directly across from our room. We had zero view of the mountains or anything else for that matter. The fireplace cannot be used until October 15th even though it went down to 3 degrees Celsius at night while we were there.
