"What an amazing stay. Christope and Patrick were so warm and kind. Hugo the dog is absolutely beautiful and also a wonderful host - The best boi ever. They have renovated the château beautifully. Everything is perfection - they have wonderful taste. They have thought of so many little touches to make your stay absolutely wonderful. The food there is top notch, and great drinks list that is well priced. I can not wait to go back. Do yourself a favour and book it. "

The setting right on the canal was beautiful and the perfect stop for cyclists on the Canal du Midi. Our host made us feel so welcome. "Hôtel très bien situé dans la cité de Carcassonne. Service voiturier très apprécié quand on arrive en voiture. Nous avons séjourné en famille à trois. La chambre comportait deux espaces de nuit distincts. Elle était propre mais mériterait d’être modernisée (moquette au sol et salle de bain un peu vétuste). De l’eau filtrée ou en bouteille aurait été plus appréciée que de l’eau du robinet dans une carafe.Le petit déjeuner est bon avec des produits variés. Le personnel est sympathique dans l’ensemble. "
