"Room 11 warning. The windows in our room were only 1m in height from floor and no pictures on walls so it felt a bit like a cell. Apparently this was explained in Expedia but either I didn’t notice it or I didn’t comprehend what it would be like. Lovely staff. Breakfast fine."

"This Casa is amazing. The views are stunning all day and night. It is 350m+ up from Vernazza. If you are a hiker, the up and down will satisfy you. And for those who aren't there is a convenient bus with a stop in town at the post office and one for down at San Bernardino ... 10min walk from the stop to the house. There are no restaurants up high ... these are all in the villages. But mini fridges in the room for simple fare. The staff are charming and helpful. Always be prepared to walk if...

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "
