"Offshore is beautifully presented. Newly renovated with lovely minimalistic design. Perfect location too with direct access to the beach and within walking distance to town. We did have a couple of issues on arrival with our door not locking properly and a missing coffee maker, but these were resolved quickly and in a very helpful and friendly manner . "Clean, well appointed, great toiletries, snacks in the room, chic design, helpful staff, great location on the harbor side. Near a beach and Bagatelle. They provide a great beach chair and umbrella. Nothing feels cheap here."

"It was not user-friendly for handicap people my mother used a Rollator there were stairs everywhere, uneven blocks, etc. you always had to go take steps to your room up or down The serving staff was excellent But be careful of additional charges as I had to really review my folio and was refunded an occurrence They need additional chairs for the pool and bar areas The coffee server at the shop was the only server They need two in the morning"

The photos on the website when I made the booking were completely different from the room I was given in reality. It was very unfair to me. When I booked, I was told that check-in would be at 4:00 PM. However, on the day of my stay, the staff informed me that my room was not ready and asked me to wait until 5:00 PM instead.
