"Amazing property. Modern and comfortable, conveniently located for day trips in the area. Just a note for the host, we stayed on a particularly hot day and the property could benefit from an aircondition."

"The property itself is beautiful clearly been decorated professionally by a designer. However there is no WiFi and very poor mobile reception resulting in no means of using your mobile in addition there are no Televisions in the rooms or in the communal area so entertainment is very limited. I really think they need to sort this out. That apart the stay was very pleasant "

"Accommodation is in little semi detached cottages in the gardens, which is very charming Bed very comfortable, breakfast very good and evening meal fine Only downside was having to use a tablet to read the restaurant carte. Fine for those aged 15 and under but at my age these things get difficult Heater in the bathroom was a bit rusty, which took the edge off a gorgeously refurbished hotel We shall visit again,now that I know to head for Pontabault rather than Val St Pere"

"We arrived at 12 am in the morning and we couldn’t make the payment through the machine. We had to contact the staff and it took about 15 minutes for the manager to arrive to help us. The vending machine was broken, so we couldn’t get any water. I will not recommend this property."

"This property and their grounds are STUNNING! I have never stayed at a respite like this in my entire life! I’ve traveled the world and must say, besides Giraffe Manor in Kenya, this was the most beautiful accommodations I’ve experienced. "On a trip with my son to visit the beaches of Normandy for D-Day as well as Mount Saint Michael, St-Malo, was perhaps one of the closest villages. It also had the peace and quiet of the countryside yet just within a 45 minute drive of all of these beautiful historic sites along scenic country roads. "We had an amazing time at the Chateau! The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. The room was clean, well-furnished and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, and it was lovely to chat with the other guests at the hotel. But the real difference maker were the hosts, Pascale and Philippe, who were so friendly and welcoming.
