"It’s like a Studio Apartment. It’s equipped for cooking and serving for 1-2 people. Restroom is modern and amply supplied. The towels are Motel level, unfortunately. It can be noisy bcuz it’s located on a main Street by Ontario Int’l Airport and a Train located directly behind it that runs all night, but not annoyingly loud. The bed is very soft with comfortable pillows. Blackout curtains. A lot of space for clothes in drawers. For the daily rate it’s a great hotel.
Rental car agency next door and Bys stop directly in front that takes you to the Ontario International Airport for $2.

"Worst place ever! This is not a 3-star hotel; it’s a 1/2 star nightmare! Bed bugs! Ripped bedspreads! Stained sheets! Tripping hazards on stairs- screws and metal sticking up, mold visible on vents, our window wouldn’t close, chips in the paint, stained carpets and the room smelled moldy! The outside of the hotel is dark and there is no light. Took us three times driving around to find it. We ended up cancelling our booking with hotels.com and going next door to holiday inn express at midnight after driving four hours! They tried to get us to stay and told us themselves that the place was “just ok. Either you love it or hate it”. We asked for a refund but were told we couldn’t even check out until 1am when they did their “audit”. The guard told us the pictures on hotels.com and the internet are from 20 years ago!!!! Worst experience ever! Completely false advertising!!!!"
"Took my mother and daughter for a weekend getaway. They were blown away. It’s more beautiful in person. Our room was spacious and very clean. We toured on our own instead of taking the guided tour due to my mom’s advanced age. They have plenty of elevators. We dined at the mission restaurant in the outer court. It was magnificent and it felt like we were somewhere else (not California).
I am looking forward to taking my dad in the near future. "
"Hotel with a central courtyard & big BBQ grill. Room was oversized with a sofa ... but old style, short toilet was a negative. Bar height countet, oversized fridge. Nice room over all.
The locked gates (protecting the central courtyard) were a bit off-putting, but the area is clean and well maintained.
Would stay again."
The picturesque settings of Ayala Park and Prado Regional Park showcase the area's natural beauty. During your stay, visit sights such as Pitzer College, Pomona College and Claremont McKenna College.
