"We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Our room was clean & comfortable. The view was AMAZING. We had breakfast included daily which was very good and had a bunch of gluten free options. Our bodies were tired after the hustle & bustle of Florence & Rome so we booked into the “light spa” and had the hot pools to ourselves. It was a short walk to town. We wish we could have stayed longer and plan to be back. "

"Beautiful villa! Everything was so cozy and inviting. The staff was very attentive and friendly- they went out of their way to accommodate us for breakfast since we were exhausted and slept in. Food was incredible, chef made and always served with a smile and light conversation. 100% would recommend and would love to return in the future ! Location was perfect as well and made trips to nearby towns/ sightseeing a breeze!!!"

"Didn’t eat there so no opinion on that. Check in is 4, not 3 as listed on booking websites. Property location is gorgeous with stunning views. It is about a mile down a gravel road, very secluded. The room furnishings a bit outdated, but the bed was comfortable enough. Paper thin walls, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Room was clean, bathroom ok, shower gets hot, water pressure so-so, shower doesn’t drain very well. Very conveniently located to Pienza and other towns. Overall...

The breakfast that Sara would make each morning was magnificent. The location was divine. But, in the end, it’s the people that matter and they truly were the most incredible hosts."

"I cant think of a more perfect place to stay. It is a beautiful property, with a long history, in one of the most beautiful regions of the world. We had one of the more "basic" rooms but it was still luxurious and comfortable. Amenities were great and the food/wine was amazing.
