"Our stay at Hotel Santa Gilla was okay overall. The room was clean, but the furniture was quite dated and some of it was starting to show its age. The bathroom was the biggest issue for us—the shower was extremely small, and the doors did not seal properly, which resulted in water getting onto the bathroom floor. "Staff were wonderful Only stayed for the night But had issues with my car in the morning and they done everything they could to help"

"Good value for money. Defined recommended. The property and garden were very clean and well looked after. Very nice staff. Only thing to mention is that a car is recommended to go out and about."

Instead of apologising and acknowledging the danger, staff dismissed our concerns, saying it was only 3 cm and not a big deal. Moving us to another...
