I’ll spare the details, but to say when we showed up with two reservations they couldn’t find either. They eventually got us our rooms but then asked if we were staying one night. No, 4. The next day they asked one of us to voluntarily downgrade from a two bedroom suite to a 1 bedroom with no compensation because they double booked. We said no. We were told now they’re in trouble with...
