"This is a beautiful resort, friendly helpful staff, great location for onsite excursions. Great drink options! Lots of activities each day- great for families of all ages, good availability of beach chairs, food was good. Rooms were nice, spa was fantastic. Buffet was decent, but crowded. Wish there was one more sit down restaurant. Italian and Asian were great! Would def do the Asian a 2nd night if we could get a reservation. "The room was clean. Only 2 towels. No wash clothes or hand towels or bath mat. There was no hot water for showers. Only luke warm water. The hair dryer didn't work and we had to ask twice to get a hair dryer sent to the room. Also had to ask twice for wash clothes. The breakfast was very good and the staff was always kind and pleasant. The beach bar and the staff there was great. I've stayed there many times before and this was not the same as what we've come to expect. "
