"Property it’s beautiful but run down. Pool is dirty and low water level. Jacuzzi was not warm and smelled moldy. Towels are few and far between. "I had family emergency and needed to reschedule my stay. My agent and I tried contacting the hotel for three days and nobody answered or replied to emails. I travel to Jamaica few times a year, stayed in multiple hotels and customer service and communication in Sandals was the worst."
