The room was clean, the only complaint I would have is that they gave us a very hard time getting towels for the pool. First the lady by the pool told us that we should get a towel card, since we came late (8 pm) and they didn’t have them, we didn’t get a card. In the future we will bring towels ...

This was a very authentic Nicaraguan stay. Beautiful ocean view with the most caring staff we’ve ever experienced. Whatever we needed-they all made sure we were taken care of.
