"The amenities were great, I loved having coffee on the rooftop each morning. I didn’t try the hot tubs. The location was perfect for Jazzfest and exploring Old Montreal. There was full cleaning service each day and they did a great job. I shared a room with 5 other women and it was my first time using a hostel. The difficult part was that we all had different schedules, so I got in pretty late, but someone was still in after me and then someone else was up really early, and I didn’t sleep well...

"The communal area is filled with good cheer while the staff is notably and immediately responsive, most welcoming, good humored, caring, gracious and impeccably well mannered. While standards are appropriately enforced, the staff are practical and reasonable in navigating around accommodating guests’ special requests. Breakfast offerings include quality, home-baked, fresh, hot muffins and fresh hot coffee, fresh bagels, cream cheese and varieties of quality jams. The staff make impressive...

"Fantastic staff person when I checked in!!!! Room is clean, functional and quiet. It is extremely basic but for the price it’s great. The place is walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and the boardwalk along the water. I appreciated that I could use the kitchen plus store ice packs for my cooler in a freezer."
