"The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful when we needed it. The air conditioning worked well, but its placement made most of the air blow up into the curtains and not really cool the room. We managed to solve that issue the second night so no big deal.
The only real issue was the parking. When we arrived we asked where we should park, and the staff without much thought said "in front of your room." When we came back from being out for dinner the second night, the spot in front of our room was taken as were most of the other spots in the area. We did mange to find one down the row but it was still frustrating. That morning, someone in the neighboring room was fully blocked in, the management was helpful and eventually they found someone to move their car. The last night we were there we had to park up in what I assume was the visitor parking.
We were there for an event so I'm sure the motel was busier than normal. But maybe some planning into parking or restrictions on how many vehicles per room is allowed would be helpful.
Overall we were very happy with our stay and will likely come back here next year when we return for the event again."
