Issue with a lamp that did not work but was quickly resolved by staff. No room service was available and did not have wash cloths to exchange with the office the next day

Best Western Park Crest Inn
Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. Hot tub was wonderful after a long day of adventure. Will book again.

Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa
The adjoining room door was next to the bed. Very poor sound proofing. The next room’s conversations at normal tones sounded like they were in our room. They talked until 2:45AM. The hotel clerk did make note of it the next morning when I reported it. Hopefully they will fix the problem.
