Tried checking in at 3pm but our room wasn't ready. Waited 45mins until we can finally enter our room. Room was ok but badly needed an upgrade. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen area was horrible. One of the chair was broken, microwave door kept getting stuck, stove burners couldn't maintain heat, a used sponge and dining table was old and peeling. Ants and spiders all over the room. Hair on the shower walls. I realize this property is a budget hotel so my expectations were low. Location was close to everything so that's a plus. Wouldn't stay here again.

The room was fairly clean, but there was a live cockroach in the kitchen, a cupboard that had food crumbs in it that was pretty obvious and just wasn'tcleaned, the room smelled awful, and the utensils available for the kitchen didn't even meet basic needs (only 7 butter knives, a can opener, and a ladle.) The front desk person was the only person I interacted with, and he was very pleasant and polite. The in room coffee pod wasn't really enough for even one cup of coffee, and the office where coffee is available as well, doesn't open until mid-morning, so definitely plan on meeting your own coffee needs in your room or at 7-eleven next door. I wouldn't stay here again.
