"Clean room! Beautiful grounds "

"The hotel is nearly renovated and looks nice, however they are still in process and thing are still in need of updating. My tv didn’t work in any capacity and the Wi-Fi was pretty slow to where I couldn’t do work emails or steam video. Pretty disappointed with my stay overall. When I expressed my experience/feelings to the front desk I was offered free breakfast. Can’t say I’m satisfied with their resolution. "

"The grounds were beautiful! And our room was very spacious! We were just there for one night, so didn’t get to really experience it, but it was a lovely stay."

"Charged me ninety dollars on my card to check in, including a large resort fee they waived for another customer and not me. My friend also told me their Starbucks was not actually Starbucks and tasted terrible and they had to throw it out. You can't reach them on the phone and they didn't reply after hours waiting to the text they told me to message them at. They also "upgraded" my room to have a Jacuzzi, but the upgrade was a room next to the pool which was incredibly loud and didn't have the couch or sitting area so kind of a wash. Comfortable bed and convenient location though and the staff was nice."

"Internet and cell phone service were awful. Staff was great and shuttle service/convience was good. Amenities were awesome. Food and beverage was very expensive "

"The front desk staff was not friendly. I expressed I wasn’t satisfied with my stay and she said she was sorry to hear that and didn’t ask for suggestions as to improvement. We were placed on the 1st floor right in front of the ice machine. It was very noisy. The cleaning staff conversed loudly beginning at 7am. We were also charged a per diem to park our car on top of a parking tax. Orlando has hundreds of choices of places to stay. Next time I’ll choose some place else."

"The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was clean. Pool area is very nice. Definitely recommend taking the free theme park shuttle if you are going to Universal or Epic… however, not if you are going to Epcot! We were on the bus for an hour and a half before we made it to Disney, which was disappointing. But, not the hotel’s fault! Overall, a great stay and I will absolutely stay here again. "
