The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. "The staff were very helpful and super nice! I was a solo traveler and I felt very safe at the place and in vernazza in general. They also have really great pesto pasta!"

"We did not receive a check-in link for the hotel and it took us a long time to get in and they charged us for same day check-in. No live support. Also, there was no staff to refill Toilet paper and soap. Very basic accommodations. AC did work well though."
