"The staff was incredible . So helpful and nice . Really went out of their way to make you feel super welcome and made sure we had all we asked for with such pleasure . I’m impressed . These type of staff are rare , and I travel all over the world. The hallway wall on the 17 Th floor on the way to 1718 room needs repair . Room was spottles and comfortable . Amenities great. View from the windows was phenomenal from the room we were in. Muchas gracias !!"

"This is not the first time we have stayed at Camino Real hotels; the hotel in Monterey did not disappoint. The location is great with lots of options to eat and access to the best city's attractions. The staff was attentive, and the food available at the restaurant was acceptable. The rooms could use some freshening up, but the beds were comfortable"
