We are highly committed to providing customized experiences and we ensure that every platform where our guests are able to book specifies the hotel details and information such as our sustainability practices. Hotel Belmar doesn’t have AC available in any of our rooms since we are a sustainable property and the average temperature in Monteverde is very comfortable ranging between 16-18 C. Very limited hotels offer this amenity on the property in the area for the same reason. Although you are correct and we do not have a pool, we do have a spring water lake where guests like to swim when the weather is nice!Since we are a small hotel with a historic background some of our rooms have small differences, no room is identical or standard and it's one of the things guests love about our hotel! That said, all the rooms in the same category have available the same amenities. The room you stayed in during your visit was probably one that has an open shower concept to look at the forest while you take a which is meant to provide our guests with an opportunity to relax surrounded by nature.We are really sorry to hear that we didn't meet your expectations of our hotel, we hope to get a chance to welcome you again in the near future.Best regards,Hotel Belmar
