"The rooms were immaculate and even had a a book in there explaining the history behind the building which was really interesting. The food was amazing and the portion sizes were great all for good pricing. The area is very quiet but there’s plenty of places to go that’s within walking distance or 5-10 minutes in the car but it truly is set out as the Victorian/Tudor era. The staff were so attentive and friendly. Overall amazing stay and would definitely come again!"

"Tom was very welcoming and hospitable, even the dog liked him. The accommodation was in the centre of the town so it was easy to walk to the bar next door or the fish and chip shop. A continental breakfast is included, croissants, toast, cereal and an abundance of teas or coffee. We had a very long and busy day the next day otherwise we would have stayed and enjoyed them. The bedroom is well equipped with teas, coffees and hairdryer. Very comfy bed I might add."

"Great nights stay, lovely comfy bed and clean room. Breakfast had great choices with generous portions and the cooked option was delicious. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they gave us a great recommendation for where to go for dinner on the Monday evening that we stayed ( the kitchen is closed on a Monday and Tuesday for dinner)
There is a small car park at the side of the hotel and some parking available opposite, we had no problems getting a space. "
