"The hotel was beautiful maintained and a very convenient location. We stayed in a newly renovated room which was quite modern and clean with excellent spaces for clothes and toiletries which I appreciated! Our room didn’t have a view, it looked onto another building which I was a bit disappointed about. "The property was exactly as described. The building is old but the bathroom was brand new and lovely and the views were fantastic. The little bar and restaurant are great for views and drinks. Finding the car park and coordinating that was harder than expected. it was hard to reach anyone prior to arrival. After arrival however, the young woman who checked us in was very helpful and lovely and went above and beyond to resolve the parking issue."

"Location was in the middle of the ZTL in Pienza which means you get to walk out of your room into the middle of the touristy part of the city with no cars to really worry about most of the time. Parking was about a 10 min walk away so it wasn't too bag to walk with bags. Cute suite we had with a kitchen and dining room. Had A/C in all rooms but we only used the one in the bedroom. Cute and convenient accommodation in a great location."
