"Hotel has probably seen it’s day. Photo of outdoor pool shown on Expedias website was the draw to stay there. Pool is closed! FALSE ADVERTISING! General staff was very helpful and tried hard to help the guests but we were shocked to wake up to a woman screaming at the top of her lungs berating some poor fellow. "On remercie le propriétaire de l’hébergement, très bonne accueil, ils nous a conseillé pour les déplacements et les activités à faire, cela a dépassé nos attentes, il nous a même offert le petit déjeuner, café et biscuits à volonté, à la réception qui n’était pas compris dans notre réservation, chambre très spacieuse avec toutes les commodités, j’y retournerai et je le recommanderais à 100%."

"Absolutely stunning Hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful however the morning pool bar staff were not as polite and helpful. Breakfast was quite a big selection and fresh made crepe and pancakes/ waffles gave it a lovely touch. The free shuttle was such a great help to be able to get everywhere. No worries about the airport transfer either as the hotel sorts that. Overall we had a very good experience and would recommend the hotel."

"We booked a little late into the season so selection of room for our 6 days wasn't great. We had a balcony and beautiful sea view last year. This year we had to make do with a smaller room - rear view and an unusable balcony (too tight to get into and not a great view onto rear of property). Other than that the hotel is really great. It's situated high up and has amazing views onto Vietri town and beach. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. We looked forward to a phenomenal breakfast buffet selection every morning - better than many five star hotels. The pool and swim up bar area is exceptional - we spent a good part of our stay in this area on the sun loungers and umbrellas - drinks and good choices were great. The staff are phenomenal - friendly and helpful. They helped us to book a day trip to Capri which we would recommend - earliest ferry out of Vietri Harbour (less than 10 mins taxi ride from hotel) and last ferry back. They also recommended an evening in Ravello last year which we returned to again this year - going a little earlier to spend a little more time there - well worth the drive. Excellent vacation. Thoroughly recommended."
