"Big rooms"

"Our room was dirty and the tub backed up with nasty brown water. Staff were very negligent when you could find someone working they were very dismissive."

"The owner, Marie, was the perfect host. She made every effort to see that we were completely satisfied with our stay. Her breakfast offerings were delicious and the presentation of the food was exceptional. We will return."

"The place needs some renovations. The floor in our room needs maintenance. The bathtub looks a bit run down. The bathroom door needed to be cleaned, the rest of the room looked clean. We did not eat breakfast there since there was no warm breakfast left by 8:50 AM but there is a great dinner 2 minutes away. I appreciated that there were enough big towels. The staff was friendly."

"When we first got there 30 minutes before check in we were told at the gate we would have to pay $75 for early check in - we said we just want to park and walk around - after an argument they let us check in 30 minutes early - we were the only car in the parking lot of what looked like a 200 room resort. The place was creepy - then I was told that I only made the reservation for 1 person rather than a room do had to pay $100 per night for my husband - the AC in the room was broken and it was...

"Unique and beautiful property"

"The room was cheap for a reason... we'll not be staying there again."

"The property is recently renovated and well appointed. The host was very helpful and made our stay quite easy and comfortable. We were greeted with a nice homemade cake upon arrival and enjoyed an amazing breakfast before departing. The B&B is very convenient for travelers who will be visiting the Bethel Arts Center. It was our first trip to Bethel for a concert. We plan to do it again."

"Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. I would not recommend this hotel."
