Villa del Sole Siena"The hotel is in a great spot approx 300m behind the main Piazza. Good view if you have one of the rooms at the front. Breakfast was a little limited and the wait for fresh eggs was over 10 minutes. However, the scrambled and fried eggs were good as was the quality of the rest of the products. The bed was very comfy. The staff were great and assisted us with booking an early taxi for our train departure. We would stay here again."

A very strange vibe in this hotel a cross between a murder mystery hotel and a soviet area spa. The staff need to learn how to smile and serve it's customers properly, only the breakfast lady was great. Hotel difficult to get to required 10 km detour, wifi available but without internet access!!!! Had to pay 30 euros per person per day to access the pools. The on-site restaurant was horrible and staff useless....
"Giacomo, co-owner of the property, was so kind to give us some basic education and guidance for Siena which helped us navigate and understand the city better. Parking was plentiful and the open view from the property was beautiful. I was fortunate enough to meet a Swedish lady who told me that this was her third stay at the property. Breakfast was wonderful and very local European-style rather than American. You can enjoy indoors or outdoors. We thoroughly enjoyed our 25th wedding anniversary...
