"The attitude of the lady on reception ruined our holiday! When I booked this room, I emailed twice to ask for a late check in as we would be arriving after their advertised check in.. I had NO reply from either email. I then called and a lady answered and I asked if a late check in was possible and she said it would be fine.. But when arriving the place was deserted, the doors were open and the lights were on, someone was clearly in the middle of making their dinner with loud music...

However, in our room we were missing a bath towel, tissues and the cups in the bathroom had liquid in them which was not water. We asked for a bath towel and I saw the clerk get one from a laundry basket. When he gave it to us it was damp and appeared dirty.
