"La struttura gode di una splendida posizione, le camere sono accoglienti e gli spazi comuni (spa, piscina, bar e ristorante) sono piacevoli. Purtroppo, però, il servizio non è assolutamente all'altezza di un hotel 4 stelle: a colazione, nonostante la sala fosse quasi vuota, nessuno ci ha accolti o serviti: abbiamo dovuto richiedere personalmente sia i cappuccini sia i caffè. Al bar della piscina non è stato possibile ordinare uno Spritz perché mancava una bombola e ci è stato proposto un Campari...

"Love the concept. The pool was extremely large and well maintained. The only thing not perfect was the air conditioner did not keep us cool at night."

"The hotel was a short walk from the main part of town with lots of shops , restaurants and the marina . The front of the hotel had a very beautiful Olive Garden with a pool in the center . "It’s a decent hotel but surrounded by industrial land uses. So, while it is close to the City Center its doesn’t feel walkable or particularly safe. We ended up taking cabs. There are two elevators but only one worked and it is small so the mornings were chaotic. I never saw anyone fixing the elevator, which was strange. It was like they didn’t care that only one small elevator worked,"

"Lovely boutique style hotel an easy walk to the lake and Sirmieno centre. Michelle on reception was great, all staff were to be fair and most had very good English. Rooms are clean, modern and bed comfy. Parking also easy and secure. Grazie."
