Perfect stop over spot for our drive from Ontario to NS and dog friendly. Rooms are always clean, staff friendly and the breakfast has enough variety to get us out and on the road.

Just passing through. The room was basic and clean. No elevator to the 2nd floor which meant several trips up the stairs. Bed was on the hard side. Perfectly adequate for a one night stay. We would stop here again.

Clean, soft towels, reasonably good breakfast. Poor lighting design in room, no way to turn off lights close to the bed. Supposed to be WiFi in the room but it didn’t extend to our room close to the end of the hall. Room was ok but you can easily hear people in the rooms on either side. Really noticeable when despite the hotel being mostly empty they gave a late check in family the room right next to us And this woke us up.

Could not access the king suite from the ground level even though it said you could. And we had dogs so thats why we needed access to the patio door. TV was to far from bed. We had traveled 10 hours before we got here. So we had to down grade to the queen room and loose out on money. We are not impressed.

We’ve stayed at this property before and it’s been great no issues. This stay felt different. The cleanliness wasn’t as great, we had not even a drop of shampoo, food was found behind the bed, and hair on the shower walls. Check in Staff was great but that doesn’t make up for the overall experience.

This hotel is well located, everything is very clean, people are polite, courteous and ready to help. Breakfast is included with lots of choices for adults and kids alike. We really appreciated being treated as royalties. This definetly a place I would stay again if ever in this area. Thanks to everyone there for making our stay exceptional.
