The staff were great, kids loved the pool and slide. On the other hand, the wifi was spotty, the floors in the room were greasy and a lot of stains were on the lobby furniture. They didn’t feel clean to sit on. Also the room was freezing cold and warming it up didn’t work great.

There is construction going on around the building. Not good for people with disabilities. Pool was dirty, even bandaids swimming in. Floor was noisy with lots of children running up and down the hallway up till 1am. My SUV drivers door was dented and they've not contacted us. NOT A PLEASANT STAY.

I would have liked to leave a positive review, but unfortunately I can’t. When we arrived after the published check-in time, we were informed that only one of the two rooms we had booked was ready. We were told the second room still needed to be confirmed, which was frustrating after a 10-hour drive. Unfortunately, the situation became much worse. As soon as we entered our first room, one of the children closed the sliding barn-style bathroom door, and it suddenly came off its track and fell directly on top of her, narrowly missing another child standing nearby. This was a serious safety hazard. We immediately contacted the front desk. Rather than expressing concern or apologizing, the only response was that maintenance would be sent to repair the door. There was no offer to move us to another room, no gesture of goodwill, and no acknowledgment of how serious the incident could have been. Eventually, our second room became available and the door was repaired. However, when I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was no manager on duty and that I would have to wait until the following day. While issues can happen at any hotel, what truly disappointed me was how the situation was handled. A potentially dangerous incident involving a child deserved empathy, urgency, and proactive customer service. Unfortunately, we experienced none of those things.

I arrived at 12:30 am. There was a bus load of Air Canada passengers dropped off a moment before I arrived. One staff was working. After an hour of waiting to check in the staff announced that if anyone had made a reservation, they could skip the lime of Air Canada passengers using a voucher for a flight today. It would have easily been a 2 hour wait had we not been invited to jump the line. I got to bed at 2 am after 24 hours of travel and no sleepS the bed was comfortable, however the walls are paper thin and I could hear voices and banging clearly.
