Very good value. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location and walking distance to metro, restaurants, shopping. Modern bathrooms and very clean overall. Room was more like a small apartment with full kitchen, dining and living area. The only complaint is about living room and dining room furniture. it was old and weathered. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars. Also, Beware of low parking ceiling.

The staff was exceptionally helpful & polite & friendly. The room with double beds was spacious. Underground parking garage was tight but doable, however the daily parking fee per day could have been lower than $25/day that I paid. Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Montreal, walking distance to many restaurants and other attractions.
