Excellent in so many way but.... Room design was a fail. The bed was quite high and on a built in frame instead off a boxspring that was too big for the mattress, So there was a ledge between me and the floor when getting up. Hardly any clothing storage space, but an awful lot of hooks. Worst was the seating if you want to work. The desk chair had no padding at all, and few adjustments - grossly uncomfortable, and the built in sofa was nice, but the table was too big to be either a coffee table or a work space. Great included breakfast setup though, and terrific, warm and helpful staff.

The room was large and in good condition. There is a nice lobby with a breakfast area. The location is good as it is not far from the main train station, tourist sites and there are some nice cafes nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all interactions. Would stay here again if I return to Montreal.

The hotel offers many amenities to enjoy. I especially liked the water bar, where you can get filtered water, coffee, and tea anytime. The complimentary breakfast is also good. The room and washroom are clean and comfortable.

The continents breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. The room was clean, new and spacious. The hotel staff were polite and always greeted you with a bonjour.

Standard room. Cleanliness : Room was clean for the most part, didn’t like the big cobwebs near the door to the balcony when I first entered. The room cleaning lady was lovely and very thorough though and did a splendid job. Internet : Wifi was good (did struggle a bit at night around 10-11pm but generally good). Room : Tv was off center , also tilted, it kept triggering my OCD. The curtain is very difficult to adjust due to how it’s positioned behind the sofa. The balcony door was locked , probably due to the weather. Didn’t like how there were no water jugs , plates , cutlery provided, those are in my opinion more important than a couple of wine glasses. Besides this, the room was good, very spacious, had decent storage for me, enough lights, good bed with comfortable mattress. Service : Didn’t seem like there’s any room service and there aren’t any in hotel restaurants (tho they have a good included breakfast selection). Misc : I liked the lobby as it was spacious and very easy to work in.

Great location. Close to the Metro and pretty walkable. Decent enough amenities for this trip and overall the hotel was pretty good. Somewhere between good and excellent. A couple of suggestions: 1. For travellers who arrive super early before 3pm due to early flights - The luggage storage was great. I would love to see the hotel message or call to let you know if a room is ready before the official check-in time of 3pm. After a long flight there is only so much walking around one can do before needing a nap. Not a deal breaker, but definitely a difference maker from good to excellent in my estimation. 2. Love the big windows as they let in a tremendous amount of light but a set of shear curtains would make the experience that much better so you can leave the blackout curtains open while still mainting some privacy from the building across the street. The continental breakfast was very good and the $1 bottles of water were also appreciated. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Montreal and would recommend to others.
