"Overall a pretty good stay, beds were comfortable, good shower water pressure. They need better pillows, my neck is killing me after two nights. This is a problem in a lot of hotels, but the room door offers no sound reduction, you hear everything from the hallway. Despite being a "VIP" property, and having status, I was put in a room next the elevator so got woken up every morning by people talking loudly outside my door. I don't know why we can't have thicker doors in hotels. Nespresso machine in the room is nice, but ours was broken, so only got to make coffee part of the stay after it was fixed. They also don't give you enough coffee pods."

"The staff at as very friendly, accommodating and had a great sense of humor. The pool is top notch. Easy walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants and shopping locations. Will definitely go back there again!"
