The washroom had dried urine on the toilet seat and floor. There was a clump of hair under one of the top pillows of the bed. The fridge did not work. Otherwise, great stay. Staff were fantastic. Location was great!

This hotel was nice, and a good 15 walk from old Montreal. Unfortunately, my room had no hot water after I called maintenance three times and all they told me to do was to run the water and wait 30 minutes. The bedding was kind of disgusting as the sheets were too small for the queen bed so it would come off and you could see the mattress. What was really nice is that there was a connecting supermarket to the hotel and an additional food court. And a Starbucks.
