please keep in mind this hotel is likely for business travelers. it’s 25 mins away from Montreal downtown and in an industrial park area. if you need to be close to the highway then it’s the place for you. pool wasn’t open when i stayed, would’ve been nice to know before i booked

Indoor pool and sauna are very nice. Hefty deposit required at registration. The fitted sheets don't fit the beds.

We stayed at Impéria for 1 night in March. We checked in quite late and we were checked in by Mohammed. He was a gem! So sweet and pleasant and had a genuine smile on his face. Our room was ready for us and perfect. So clean! We were also checked out by Mohammed and he is just amazing. We love staying at Impéria and will surely be back! 10/10!! The rooms are clean and parking is free which is amazing!

Very nice experience staying here. Friendly staff, clean and quiet. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed but there are other options close to the hotel to get something to eat. There’s a Costco and a shopping mall 4-5 min from the hotel, in case you need something or just want to spend some time. The mini-bar has a wonderful selection of drinks (alcoholic or not) and snacks too. Area isn’t amazing but it’s safe and located perfectly to get around. I would definitely recommend!

After driving for over 10 hours, we were looking forward to a cool down in the pool and a good sit down meal. The pool was closed and so was the bar and restaurant. We are driving a big moving van so we needed to hire transportation to go for dinner. It was advertised that there was a pool and restaurant and we were extremely dissapointed that it was not available when we arrived.

when we went to our room discovered no glasses in the bathroom. No ice bucket and no darkening room drapes. I went down to the front desk and asked for bathroom glasses and they stated I would have to go to the restaurant to get them. Used the wine glasses. On checking out told them about the darkening curtains that we did not have they were insistence that I did and only discovered they provided ice when using the tv. It was ok but service was lacking and provisions were too
