Issues from the beginning and it only got worse. First off this hotel is maybe a 1.5 star hotel. How it receives 4 stars in Expedia is a mystery?
The hotel lobby is undergoing a major renovation but this information isn't passed to the client until after the cancelation period ended. Literally within minutes of the the cancelation expiration.
The hallways are old and worn, the rooms are worse. The pictures online are nothing like the rooms we had, definite bait and switch. Stark lifeless rooms. Very worn. Dirty. Some room lights didn't. The safe didn't work. The shower randomly came on in one of the rooms. The shower controls were a disaster. Water spraying all over from the hand control and rain shower.
Stains sheets, stains on all the furniture in the lobby area connecting to the restaurant. Not little dirty marks. whole cushion stains from some unknown fluid.
We got in late and couldn't change hotels. Thankfully we were there for less then 14 hours.
The real kicker was the price dropped $100 per room by the time we arrived at the hotel.
