"The room we were assigned had the flooring peeling up due to water damage presumably from over-mopping, but there was also evidence of water ingress from two of the walls due to paint bubbling. There was mold around the inside of the sink where the caulking was, and the toilet seat had 1 out of 2 ..."

"Check in is at 4:00 and not one minute sooner whether they have available rooms or not. Refrigerator did not work, nor did half the electrical plugs. Weren't able to tell me where to park until after I had checked in, even though it would have been convenient to park the car earlier. No breakfast ..."
