"フロントの女性が親切で楽しい方でした。モントルーの駅からは徒歩７～８分（高低差がありますが、エレベーターで下に降りれます）。通りを挟んですぐにレマン湖がります。部屋はレマン湖側ではなかったですが、お天気が曇りだったのでこちらでも十分でした。シャワーとトイレがオープンでドアがなかったのですが、慣れればOKです。ケトルやコーヒーセット、アイロン等ありました。ホテルからのメッセージで「the Montreux Riviera Card 」のオファーがあり、滞在中のバス（Rennaz Village～Vevey）と列車が無料、シオン城などの入場料が半額となりとても便利で良かったです。最近始まったシステムでいつまであるか分かりませんが、ぜひ使ってみて下さい。"

"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. At 12AM they offered to change our room, we did, but the AC was also not working. They gave us a fan. Such a...
