"Really disappointed with this stay. The hotel is grossly overpriced, especially if you don't plan on using the facilities. Even with an exorbitant nightly rate, we still had to pay a resort fee which should have been included in that rate. If you are a person who wants to take advantage of the sports complex then this is a good hotel for you but if you're looking just for a nice hotel, this isn't it. The pool was so packed we couldn't even use it. This is a complex that is open to the public...

"Check-in was quick & easy. The room was great with comfortable beds. Staff was there to assist & checking to make sure our stay was comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a good variety of items to choose from. I used their fitness center on the 6th floor. Location is wonderful-near the lake with plenty of walking paths and beautiful beaches. Check out was smooth. Enjoyable stay!"

"Absolutely beautiful property, fantastic staff, and amazing location. We weren't even in town for a Cubs game, but Cub/Brewers across the street made for an electric atmosphere in the area. Close to everything and very very well-maintained."

"We had only a quick overnight stay at Sono but hope to visit for a longer time in the future. This house is beautiful! The communal kitchen, patio, and rooftop deck were a surprise and added bonus. Our room was the perfect size, had a comfortable bed, good linens, and lovely, very large bathroom. We appreciated how quiet the home was and really enjoyed the snacks and breakfast in the kitchen. Also really loved the Old Town neighborhood and hope to explore it more in the future."

"The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The neighborhood is convenient but very loud. My biggest challenge was the poor design of the bathroom. Few places to hang towels and very little space to set things made the bathroom not very functional."

"Dorothy's place was great for my needs! As a single traveler, I only needed one room for one night. The premises was clean, close to Wrigley Field, and served its purpose. It was also a relatively affordable rate given area hotels. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The. property was very old, really needs a redo. Housekeeping were excellent. Staff very. helpfull. My only issue was that the rooms and bathrooms were very lived in and just need to be redone. Pretty spacious rooms and the shower was great"
