"Hotel is located close to the center city and lake which is nice and it has parking on site at a reasonable rate. The web site for the hotel does not indicate you need to use a different address to get there is you are using Google maps (which the desk staff is clearly aware of) so it was frustrating to drive around for an extra half hour trying to get there. The desk staff was somewhat dismissive and off putting but the hotel itself was nice."

The shower head wouldn’t stay up and as the cubicle was so small it was also impossible to shower especially as I kept burning my arm on the shower mains due to the size. "Room was great. The pool area was lovely, lots of clean towels and available loungers. Umbrellas on wheels was a helpful touch! The restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed our meal. Staff on Reception were super helpful finding us a parking space even though I forgot to pre-book."

We stayed in a ‘Deluxe room, with lakeside terrace’ - the room was spacious with a comfy bed, good sized bathroom with toiletries and plenty of storage in the bathroom.
