"Overall spot was good. One night for me. Room was spacious/clean. Breakfast had a small selection, but for me, it was good enough. Only one staff member working it, so it felt a bit disorganized. Also a bit far from city center. I booked this location knowing this as I had rented a car, but good for people to understand that at least 25-30min drive away. "

"AVOID. This hotel is located in a rather run-down residential area of Valencia. There are very few facilities, including restaurants within walking distance. Regrettably while I was there the entire area smelt of sewage. I walked for over an hour and it was the same everywhere. Thankfully it was Spring and not hot but it would be unbearable in Summer. "The hotel is nice , the staff are nice too but there are downsides hence my honest review . The lack of response from Expedia messages to the hotel which I guess go to the hotel as I received a book in now request from them . The main review as only ok was the room noise. If you want a peaceful night's sleep down pick a room that is opposite the street outside because it's noisy and you won't sleep. "The breakfast was good but I wish they will serve some variety of food daily. The 3 days we stayed, it’s all the same food that we had every single day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The one thing I really like about this place is the location. It is very close to the arts and science center, within walking distance. The best part is, there’s a huge mall across the hotel and so many places to eat and shop."

"Everything is good. It is located near the city of art and science (15 minutes walking). There's huge carrefour near the museums inside a mall (reachable by bus #35), so it's a plus. 10minutes bus to downtown (old town/ciudad vieja) and also estacion del nord. "This is a really excellent hotel. It is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff - without exception - were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly , professional and helpful.
